So, according to dirtsheets, it seems like Ambrose cashing in was the plan for awhile, but the winner of the main event was decided on by Vince as Rollins via a clean pin as a punishment for Reigns violating the wellness policy.

I dunno if its gonna happen but Ambrose is currently advertised to defend the WWE title against Seth Rollins at a house show in Orlando, FL and also against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at a house show in Jacksonville, FL on Sunday. Both shows start at 7pm. I guess he could open one of the shows and then hop on a private jet in time to main event the other, but that would be nuts.

If you can, I recommend watching ROH TV this week. They have a Women of Honor special with a very good match between Mandy Leon and Hania. This match is almost on par with some of the better NXT women's matches on the Takeover specials.
