Also PWinsider reported that Kota Ibushi is not signing an exclusive deal with NXT but is willing to work with them on PPA deals and is expected to be at Takeover.

Oh and Ryback to New Japan is apparently a thing too.

Well keep in mind last year with Brooklyn they also had four additional matches at Takeover that were saved for the following NXT show. So Itami or Ibushi could be used for that also.

Seems like an actual business move and not a wrestling story. Basically Billy Corgan is now running the day to day operations of TNA as President with Ditsy being moved to a chairman position focused on long term growth.

When Corgan first became the financial backer for TNA he gave a tremendous interview on his outlook pertaining to pro wrestling and its place as entertainment, plus how to build and hold an audience. If he holds true to the sentiments he espoused back then, I'm all for him taking over the day-to-day.

I hate to keep discussing non-WWE things, *gasp* but G1's Block B final night is tonight. Naito/Omega in the main event should be awesome. Not sure on the other matchups, but Shibata/Elgin also have scenarios where they could win the block.

I don't have a link for Okada/Tana match that closed out Block A last night, but it was a classic as usual. Those two just click to the highest level.

And to close this with WWE related stuff, sorta... if Ryback goes to NJPW, I welcome seeing him get his head kicked off by Shibata, or Ishii smashing his skull against him. I know they love the big gaijins, but unless he hilariously joins Bullet Club, his "niche" in other groups is kind of taken, by Elgin, Ishii, and Evil. Fale too, but he could be like Gallows, I guess.
