Reportedly the title stipulations are three timed rounds with judges at ringside if the match goes the distance. The King of the Mountain title was officially unified with the World title and this one takes its place as the midcard title.

I'm all for them having a different type of championship. I also don't think this will last. Give it a year, and it'll probably be essentially just a time-limit match midcard title, broken into 3 rounds. That's fine by me too. The judging at best will probably be confusing, and at worst will bring in screwjob storylines/crooked judges and they should avoid that.

Yeah I dislike the judge aspect completely in wrestling. There is always going to be storyline worked into it and TNA has already done that multiple times between Gut Check and British boot camp.
