Yup, he initially trained at Michael's school in Texas. Also later learned under William Regal the first time he was signed by WWE back in 2000-2001
@ Delirium, I honestly have no idea if WWE requires a different contract for a trainer vs an active wrestler.

HBK also trained Lance Cade who had a really good push for a while until he got into drugs and ended up dead. So HBK's success/failure ratio as a trainer isn't exactly stellar.

WWE 24: Women's Evolution was really good, as most of the 24 specials are. Of course though we had to get the WWE revisionist history about how the #GiveDivasAChance was brought on by the Bella Twins with no mention of AJ Lee calling out Steph on Twitter. Actually they only showed AJ once, for about one second, at the very end.
