I think the only person/group that gets legit heel heat despite being good is The Revival. Seth is probably liked by a lot of people despite being a jerk. Sort of like how people like Conor McGregor or Nate Diaz despite both displaying heel character attributes.

For top safest guys in the ring, I'd probably say Miz, Slater, Kane, Cena, & KO. I'd say Seth gets a bad rap as Sting admitted his injury was his fault, and Finn didn't take that powerbomb right and let his arm drape over the barrier, dislocating it.

Wow, so looking at the WWE roster, they actually have Vacant listed as the Universal Title champion with a clock ticking it's reign.
