Actually after watching the replay I think that was on the ref, Ciampa kicked out but the ref hit three anyway

They've been opening up the moves allowed on the main roster a bit lately.
We'll never see a fucking burning hammer on the main roster but stuff like brainbusters could be around. They let Finn do the Bloody Sunday (or whatever they call it now) on the main roster.
