Well the TNA sale just took a bit of a turn

Billy Corgan has reportedly filed a lawsuit against TNA and Dixie Carter according to PWinsider.

I believe it may be because Dixie cut him out of something.

- TNA's former production company filed a lawsuit
- Fight Network are the ones who funded BFG and the recent TV tapings.

- Wrestlers threatening to walk if pay isn't on time next week.

All of those yes. The WWE Universe mode actually has a point now, and the community has been amazing and so the new RAW and SD sets are already made. The game does feel a bit outdated if you don't do the necessary adjustments, but using the community's uploads and spending a few hours tweaking everything makes it better.
The MyCareer mode I haven't spent too much time on, but it's the one with Heyman basically and it's you climbing to the top again like last year, but the tweaks I think are very good.
The gameplay itself feels a lot more smooth and you can do taunts in the corners and other pretty crazy stuff. Pulling off AJ's Phenomenal Forearm is amazing every time I do it haha.

Good to know. I'll get it for PC when it comes out probably.

Ignoring the fact that alot of them might not want to work there, you've got Lashley, EC3, The Hardys, Galloway, Moose, Eddie Edwards, James Storm, Spud, Gail Kim.

I can absolutely see WWE bringing Jeff onto NXT, maybe main roster for Matt.

Of course a big problem with NXT is that you have guys like Samoa Joe and Austin Aries there, not to mention Hideo Itami, risking injury and wasting time, some on the back end of their careers, when they should be on Raw or Smackdown.

That last thing has happened before, and even on one occasion, several of them were not paid at all for about a month, resulting in them leaving. I don't know where the money goes.. for me, the end was in sight when they kept changing TV contracts and never got a monday slot. Well, it can also be said that TNA was set on a crash course for failure when Jeff Jarret gave up control.

TNA is done. As I said, just let Vince buy it out. And I don't know how many of them don't want to work for the WWE, but I know some that came over from the WWE ended up being bigger stars in TNA, than in the WWE.

Just a note for those that do have it. Twice I've lost all my saved data for the game itself after attempting to download a Pentagon Jr CAW. Not sure what the issue is but make sure you back up your save data to the online storage periodically just in case.

I'd say I'm having ECW flashbacks, but from the looks of it TNA is doing much worse right now, which I didn't think possible. Over/under on Dixie showing up on Raw and nobody in TNA knowing about it until they see her on TV?

I don't see that happening. Vince had a working relationship with Paul Heyman throughout almost all of ECW's existence, and Bischoff was his primary rival and actually beat him for nearly 2 years straight. He had reasons to give both of them jobs and exposure. I'd be surprised if Vince knows who Dixie Carter is.

The state of Tennessee has joined in on the fun now. They are demanding a large amount of money in unpaid taxes from TNA. The amount is said to be enough that the state can start seizing TNA property if they choose.
