So Shane just said SDL is all about the land of opportunity and how the Women's division is stacked with athletically gifted competitors. With Asuka and now Hojo and Shirai on deck, I'm genuinely wondering what's going to happen with the weaker links like Carmella, Tamina, and even Natalya. And while it's not the popular opinion, I'm not at all high on Naomi. If they did a complete women's division I think she'd be mid card at best. But, in fairness, it does come down to booking on the main roster so who really knows. They could book Alicia Fox (who I think is awesome) the same way as Charlotte and we'd all buy into her being awesome.

Tho I guess that argument falls flat with how Alicia Fox just disappears from time to time, until you remember that WWE is historically kinda racist.

Carmella's attractiveness is what will keep her employed for sure. And I agree about Fox. I think personally she is stupid hot. But you're right regarding racism. That's the only thing that scares me about Asuka, Hojo, and Shirai. Those 3 are miles above anyone and they may very well be held back because they aren't white.

More than likely, Roman will win the Fatal 5 Way, and have a decent match with Brock, but Braun will come in and cost him the match, then hopefully end the night looking strong to Brock, eventually leading to Brock vs Braun at SummerSlam or Survivor Series.

Unrelated, watching HZK vs Hana Kimura vs Rebel right now. Rebel still sucks, but she is a lot better than she was during that match vs Shelly Martinez.

I don't think those two could have a bad match if they tried. They'll be seeing each other 5 more times over the course of this, since Taguchi Japan vs. LIJ is every night. While most will be taking it easy on their "off" days, they'll probably be trying to kill each other the whole time.

Finished the Scurll/Ospreay match. Great match at the beginning. Surprised at the reaction Marty got. Previous ROH people took some time to get a reaction. People were doing the TWO SWEET, WOOP WOOP from the start. WWE really fucked up not getting this dude a year ago for the CWC.

About to watch Dragon Lee and Takahashi.

Taguchi Japan vs LIJ was solid as usual. I love how Sanada is basically immune to all their bullshit. Also, the finish to the match tonight was great, something I've never seen before.

Edit: A whole new level of disrespect to the IC Belt by Naito as well. Watch his entrance (expected) and after the match.
