Been damn near 20 years and Vince is still trying and failing miserably to do the Rock/Foley segment again.

I care more about this Goldust - Truth feud than I do with any other WWE storyline atm. lol
Not surprising, they're both good promos and the story has actual emotional investment.
Wow, hockey game ended in time for me to see Roman overcome the odds.
Roman overcame the odds!!!
Gong to fucking bed lol
Recap I read said Roman dodged a curb stomp? Did Seth bring it back?
I think they also banned the styles clash, which really saddens me, when was the last time he landed that as a finisher?
I don't believe the Styles Clash has been banned. I know AJ used it against Shane last month at WrestleMania even if it wasn't the finisher.
Ya, I don't think it is banned. Vine or someone thought the springboard forearm was more impressive or something.
I'd argue it's a move that takes too long to set up, and may even be difficult with some of the larger guys. Compared to most other non-sub finishers, it's probably not considered as flashy/impacting.
I don't think size would necessarily be an issue given that Smackdown generally has a shorter roster. At least on the upper half of the card only Corbin is really too big to take it.
The move does have kind of an awkward setup tho, especially since I'd imagine WWE probably wouldn't allow some of the more elaborate situations (AJ catching a Phoenix Splash like he's done against Ibushi or Low-Ki)
Ciampa has a torn ACL he's having repaired. No clue if it happened at the live event or in the ladder match at Takeover.
He was supposedly injured the week of Takeover, not sure if it's the same injury though.
The injury he was going into takeover was an ankle injury I believe.
Edit : reading up on it looks like the assumption is he fucked up his ACL during the ladder match, I'd imagine in some capacity from trying to compensate for his ankle injury.
So New Day appeared finally, also FREEZE SCUMBAG!! No... BREEZE SCUMBAG!!
And the hometown curse hit AJ. Wow WWE.
Man, ACL is rough. Gargano and him were about to have the feud of the summer. Torn ACL is like 6 months recovery, right?
4-6 months if it doesn't have to be reconstructed. Could go up to 9-12 if it's bad.
Also TNA spoiler from their taping in India that airs next month
Spoiler: show
Of all the stupid backyard wrestling nonsense to do, this has to be top 3 stupidest
Jesus fuck how is that guy not crippled?
