Outside of people that did 1-2 matches there, has any main roster talent done a lot of work back at NXT? Tyson Kidd is the one that comes to mind, but can't think of others.

Enzo, Apolo Crews, rhyno did a few matches before coming up. And that's off the top of my head.

He means they went from full time main roster to full time NXT. Other then people who left the company and came back (Rhyno, Mickie James) Kidd is the only one I can think of.

Yep, what Krandor said. For what I was getting at, I wouldn't include Cesaro either. I know he had those matches against Zayn, but I don't remember his main roster run being totally halted for that or anything. It was basically moonlighting in a sense?

No worries. I don't think I followed/watched NXT til the Takeover when Zayn won the title, but I think that was roughly about the time when people couldn't get away with spending a little time down there without it being noticed.

Also, Sin Cara is an obvious one that fits, though I have no idea how to classify his placement, since I don't care to look up when they switched the Sin Caras.

Ironically enough, Jinder Mahal was one of these people too. He was pretty big in the early days of NXT. In fact, Seth Rollins became the first NXT Champion by defeating Jinder in the inaugural tournament final.

Damien Sandow was one of those guys too who bounced between main roster and NXT.

The Archer injury back around New Beginning really stings. Not just for the tag division, but also for heavyweight depth in the faction. Instead it's just Suzuki with these little shitheads, and occasionally with ZSJ.

The good thing about Suzukigun is that it allows for some different dynamics. They make heel-heel matches work because it allows BC/LIJ people (who will often get cheered anyway) to work total babyface. See that recent match... or BUSHI's matches in BOSJ. They allow them to work even a slightly different way and it works. Hell, after they returned at New Year's Dash, I really thought the plan was a Suzukigun reign of terror while Omega went to "find himself", BC takes a break, only to come back and rid NJPW of the Suzukigun "poison" since CHAOS wasn't able to handle them or something.

Final point about LIJ. I know each has their staple spot and I love these two so much, but I wish that EVIL didn't have to do the chair spot every fucking match, and while hilarious, same with Sanada going for the Paradise Lock.

I saw that video linked on reddit, but only watched a few moments of it then. Your sig is actually one of the highlights of the video for me, because of the mention how the perspective is on the one that is getting hit.

The nuances on a lot of things were stuff I couldn't always put into words. One thing was that NJPW tends to shoot upwards and even though these aren't the largest people, it makes them look bigger.

Just finished the most recent G1. Tanahashi is a damn rock star. Girls were screaming like a Michael Jackson concert back in the day. Glad Fale got the W over Ibushi even if I prefer Ibushi. BUSHI always brings the heat with his gear and what not. EVIL needs to quit the fruity pebble hair. Ishii to me is in the top 5. The Stone Pupper is such a bad ass and he always seems to deliver. I understand why Tanahashi has the IC, but I wish Ishii could have a run since the WHC is most likely going to be Omega next.
