I loved the dickish Cena Elbow attempt. Too bad he will never be fully heel.

And there it is. Fucking glad he won
Yay, finally a champion that's actually gonna be around.
Cena's mocking of the people's elbow was great, too bad he won't ever be a heel. =/
Didn't expect that!
CMON ZIGGLER ADD IN THE SWERVE
how long before rock needs to plug the next movie?
While I'm glad the Champion will actually be there every week, its likely back to the Super Cena era again.
HIT HIM WITH THE FUCKING BELT CENA, goddamn it. >.<
Rock can go make more movies now. At least come back and plug Fast & Furious 6.
So. Thrice in a Lifetime next year at WM30?
This is beyond lame... this could have totally been a heel moment. Both in the ring and then on the stage.
Fuck you WWE.
Whatever happened to rock's rematch clause?![]()
Kinda surprised they didnt bring in Marky Mark to help the Rock promote pain and gain.. hell cena is Marky Mark.. its right there!!!!!!
Main Event sucked. The entire match seemed to be Rock Bottom/AA or People's Elbow/5 Knuckle Shuffle over and over. LAME.
So reading lots of feedback on this today. Lots of people hated the show so much. Is this worse than Wrestlemania 11? Maybe lol
It was definitely a pretty poor showing. I'd put Punk/Taker up as the match of the night, and a potential match of the year contender so far. Jericho/Fandango was probably the next best on the card. Brock/Triple H I liked, had some nice spots, and Brock's crazyscreams were pretty funny. Everything else was pretty much the worst. Disappointed at no Zig E. Langston tag titles and putting a hold on the inevitable Hell No combustion feud. Even more disappointed at no Ziggler cash in, it really does feel like they have no idea what they want to do with him, or at least that he's so good at losing and makes everyone else look amazing(Mr. Perfect syndrome) that he's going to be stuck there. Would love to see him and Cesaro in a title feud on Smackdown.
Brock/HHH was great, Punk/Taker stole the show, Jericho/Fandango was surprisingly good too.
Everything else was so boring that they're not even worth mentioning. The buildup for Rock/Cena was poor and the fact they "hugged it out" at the end made it even worse. No Ziggy cash in, no Cena or Orton heel turns, and no Team Hell No breakup. Bleh.
That being said, the 3 matches I mentioned were fucking stellar, and for me were worth the time spent watching the show.
It was certainly a "I'm never going to wrestle again so I'm not going to try" match from the Rock. I've seen Cena do FAR better not too long ago (his match v Punk on Raw would've been a great main event) for me to put too much of the blame on him. Hell, even he seemed to be bothered by how the match went. It really did nothing but cement my dislike of The Rock, he certainly sticks to his 5 moves of doom, probably moreso then Cena, but no one ever complains when he does it.
Yeah, Cena mocking the shuffle gave me the vibe of, "Why the fuck am I doing this..." from him. The match was very much just running through the motions to get the belt off Rocky.
