    I still doubt they'll deviate from the plan of having Batista win the belts so he could be their little spokesperson on the red carpet... but at least we're getting DB in the main event.

    If triple threat is the last match, I see DBry winning as Wrestelmania they really try to send the fans home happy. If Taker is last, he loses and I feel sorry for Taker/Lesnar as the fans will probably shit all over it in protest.

    I never said they would, i meant crowd would be shitting on them over Dbry losing. Not due tot he streak. Taker is winning whether he's curtain jerking or main eventing. 99% of the time they have the face win the main event so they go home happy.

    Yeah, no way he doesn't win it at WM. If Orton retains or even worse, Batista wins, the backlash would be monumental.

    He was facing cena at the beginning of the super cena bullshit. Fans would have cheered for Funaki to win against him.

    A few of the earlier manias had face vs face main events.

    EDIT: The Rock/Cena and Rock/Austin mania's were arguably face vs face too. The percentage does favor a face to win, but you gotta look at the context of some of those matches. Despite that though I agree, Bryan more than likely takes it this year.

    Snake has been diagnosed with cancer in the back of his leg and still waiting on the results of the biopsy. All he can do is really make an appearance.

    I actually got bored and decided to look at the main events of each WM, and see who won. By definition, I only counted the very last match on the card as the main event. Only twice a heel won (three if you count Yokozuna winning then immediately losing to Hogan)

    WM1 Hogan and Mr. T (face) defeated Poper and Orndorff (heel)
    WM2 Hogan (face) defeated King Kong Bundy (heel)
    WM3 Hogan (face) defeated Andre the Giant (heel)
    WM4 Macho Man (face) defeated Million Dollar Man (heel) for the Vacant Title
    WM5 Hogan (face) Defeated Macho Man (heel) for the title

    I doubt that'll stick. Live event shows are written up a good amount in advance, and they've been changing WM a ton since the whole CM Punk thing.
