I actually met him once. I attended WrestleMania X-7 in Houston, and he was in the same airport terminal flying out the next morning. This was right after WCW was bought. I asked him what he thought the upcoming WCW vs. WWF storyline was gonna be like, and he was super excited. "IT'S GONNA BE CRAZY MAN! BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR THIS!" He was so pumped. And then he ended up doing not much of anything. Sad.
