So a couple of questions as I've only recently started watching NXT.

1. What's up with the ole chants during Sami Zayn's matches? Wife was asking me about it and I had no clue
2. Anything special about Baron Corbin? I know he's been squashing people fast, hence the fans counting the seconds into the match. Is he another indie guy or generic big guy #132562356
3. What happened to Tensai on commentary?

1. It's from his days in the indies as El Generico.
2. Mostly generic big guy, but Triple H had talked him quite a bit before he came out with the current gimmick
3. NXT kind of rotates commentators. Alex Riley is pretty much always there, but Jason Albert (Tensai), Renee Young, and Todd Phillips also cycle in an out.

The ole chants started for 2 reasons really.

1) Because as El Generico, his gimmick was that he was the generic luchador from Mexico.
2) He's from Quebec, and at Montreal Canadiens home games, the crowd traditionally does an ole chant.

Its actually more than just hockey games. I've noticed at music venues, between acts when they think the next band will come on, people have chanted the ole thing.

Bit more on Corbin he's a former NFL player as well. Forget which team he played for but they brought him in from there and he spent time training. They'd had plans on bringing him in months earlier than they did with the full biker gimmick along with Shaul Guerrero before she left the company again.

So the Reddit wrestling community pooled some money together and sent a fruit basket to HHH at WWE headquarters in Connecticut to thank him for NXT Takeover. HHH tweeted his thanks but that he was still in Orlando for an NXT taping, followed by a picture of some random dude in WWE corporate office eating the fruit basket. LOL

He's wearing an "Operation Ivy" shirt in that pic above and he had a hoodie on at [R]Evolution of another band.

I think it was at As I Lay Dying, not entirely sure, it was a while ago.
