Yeah Rock definitely seemed shook. I think that's why he kept trying to crack the joke about Tom Phillips or the "guys" laughing. Rock knows this is a disaster. Hopefully he really will spend some quality one on one time with Reigns.

There is something else missing from the talent, going back a generation you can rattle off guys that by size dont compare but could have a believable match with brock and win. HBK, Jericho,,Benoit, Angle (who did) etc.
TBH i loved Rollins in the match, he is everything a heel should be. He takes advantage of any given situation, he cheats, will cower and retreat and has the security team at ringside for more heat. Not to mention an amazing worker. I found him more believable in that match then Cena.
If there was a #2 in the business this would be a prime opportunity to make a play at becoming #1 just like WCW did. Too bad Jarrett can't do anything.
What I wouldn't do for another Monday Night Wars... too bad I can only relive it on the WWE Network for $9.99
wrestlinginc is running an article of Raw is cancelled for tonight and they're packing everything up to get away from the storm coming
One other thing that struck me as odd about the Rumble. Why does Ryback seemingly get more support than a guy like Titus? Seems like Titus has the look that would make Vince happy.

Part of my "push" for DB is that he didn't actually lose the title. He literally got fucked by the very storyline they pushed on him with Kane doing a really stupid thing on the steps. I know it's easy to say fans don't remember anything from 3 months or longer, but they absolutely do remember their guy just getting pushed aside for 9 months. And since they generally seemed content in pushing him back to the B+ player angle, I don't even think there's been mention of a return match because, you know, Brock. DB vs. Rollins would've most definitely been the best match they could've put out this year with DB vs. Brock being #2. Instead, we get the #3, which nobody wants even if they didn't really hate Reigns.
Either way, I'll continue to stand by people needing to take their Cena blinders off. Brock did the same exact shit he does, only more sloppily, which some confuse for being more brutal. Rollins ain't a big guy relative to others, so him taking a ragdoll bump is something we see pretty frequently, which makes anyone look like a monster. Overall, there's a reason you don't see Germans used too often, and that's head/neck damage if done wrong. Brock lugging Cena around works because they're at least similar height. Can guarantee, though, that if Brock threw a couple dozen at Rollins, Rollins might be laid up for a while when "that one" gets through. Shit, Brock concussed Taker, if we want to go back further in his sloppiness. To be honest, he's lucky as hell that TV he fucked up didn't ricochet into the crowd and take someone out... like happened in the past. I get the novelty, but this absentee champion angle is just one perpetual FU to the fans and this past year has been full of such disappointments, all starting with the Batista push that led to Punk packing up which led to DB's injury and so on through the chain of mediocre PPVs to present.
Um, his injury had been around for months before that. It just became clear after Wrestlemania that it wasn't improving and he'd need surgery. I can't remember the exact match but the injury happened in a match against Randy Orton when he landed wrong following a drop kick from the top rope. Edit : Was from a Raw match June 17, 2013. So before Summerslam when he first beat Cena for the title.
Also, Punk leaving had nothing to do with Batista.
^ Agreed on the DB points. Plus lets think about who the 2 big winners were at last years WM. DB beat HHH and then went on to beat Batista and Orton in a triple threat for the title. Lesnar broke the Undertaker's streak. They were the 2 big winners. Would have made sense to see them go head to head.
Also I wonder if this week's Smackdown will basically be treated like Raw. At least it's live so they won't be able to censor the boos.
Can't really say I agree. Yeah, Punk was being run ragged, but creative was almost always nipping at his heels, too. Batista, as a part-timer, getting that WM moment over him is also likely a sore spot. The fact it all seemed to force a reshuffling of the event at least worked in our favor.
As for DB's injury, well, not everyone keeps up on the sheets. To a lot of folks, that tombstone was the moment.
He even admitted it in a recent interview; Dbry got hurt when he hit his head on that suicide dive against Orton. I remember him talking about how he couldn't get up after his dropckick off the top ropes in the same match after the head injury. His arm was numb and he couldn't get up for a few minutes, so he just laid on the mat after kicking Orton and let him know to allow him to take a quick break.
Daniel Bryan should have come back out at #30 disguised in a Rey Mysterio mask to bring it full circle from last year lol
