What happened to the announce table that it couldn't be flipped back down so they could sit and call matches.

Vince must have flipped when listening to Byron announce. He was so quiet and boring like he had nothing to say about anything. King came down and at least salvaged the announcing. Maybe it wasn't planned for Booker and JBL to leave?
