One year ago basically today (was the 17th of May) Steen was fighting Nakamura at War of the Worlds and him going to WWE was just a rumor.

Cut to now and he's fucking laying out Cena on Raw the same week that he's headlining an NXT special AND has his debut match on the main roster in 2 weeks against Cena @ EC. Dude has had a hell of a year and must be loving life right now.

The big news items out of the call however are that Sami Zayn has been medically cleared and will face Kevin Owens in tomorrow's main event. This could still be more angle than match, but at least Sami is in good enough shape to take some bumps. Maybe even the six-plus powerbombs the champ says he has for him.

Hideo Itami, however, is not competing as scheduled in the triple threat match to determine the #1 contender to Owen's crown. Hunter said he will be "represented", but not wrestling.
