Well they do push him but then they also make him weak as hell at times. Which is my point. He seems to only be pushed when they need a guy in a certain spot to antagonize a top face (hello no new stars). To me he's just any other guy and his mystique faded after the Cena feud.

Thats their issue, they keep pushing people but they always make them hit roadblocks because they won't put them over certain names. That still doesn't mean he isn't a protected guy though.

I love Bray and his gimmick, but WWE has always been a good buy oriented company. Even Stone Cold who cursed, drank beer, etc. was a working man's hero. Undertaker may have been a locker room leader, but he was never the top draw. Could Bray get to Taker level? Maybe, but I would say he has been on the losing end of every feud he has been in, except vs Ambrose. For all the "wins and losses dont matter", they fucking matter or WWE wouldn't see Cena losing 1 match to Owens and his merch taking a slight dip as a big deal.

It makes me wonder what WWE will ultimately do with Samoa Joe. There were reports that they wanted him to go through NXT quickly(which he shouldn't need to do other than to learn camera positions anyway), but if Owens does everything right and WWE doesnt capitalize, what will they do with Joe?

I'm personally tired of Bray at this point. He's just kind of a bland heavyweight that spews gibberish. Yeah, his current Reigns feud is marking a bit with the "Anyone but you!" angle, but when your response to getting the upper hand is bringing in someone else, that doesn't make you look tough, either. My only real hope is that somehow Rollins goes face and Shield gets back together. Unfortunately, there's not really a trio available to counter. New Day sucks.

I feel similar about him. It's not that I'm tired of him, I just find it hard to care since he either gets buried by SuperCena or his feuds are meaningless. His feud with Taker could have been amazing, but instead it was forgettable. I can't remember why he was feuding with Ryback, but obviously it wasn't very important if he already moved on. And his feud with Reigns will most likely be remembered only because of the person rumoured to be involved.

Unfortunately, there's not really a trio available to counter.
