Loved seeing a repeat of beating down Ryback... I can't fucking stand him. Terrible in the ring, terrible on the mic, the kids buy his shit which makes it even more annoying (the feed me more chants are really getting on my nerves lol)....
The sad part is that I actually enjoyed Ryback's beatdowns, until they decided to jump the gun and throw him in a WWE title hunt out of nowhere. You can't go from fighting jobbers like Yoshi Tatsu to being in the main event with CM Punk.

Hey NXT members ruin a PPV match and a Raw the next day by fighting the top guy? Oh... where have I seen this before? Oh wait.. CM Punk takes lead over the nexus? Oh ok... I actually would enjoy if Wade Barrett puts together a old nexus team with Ryback, and have another clash, I mean it would be dumb and rehashed storyline, but hey they're doing it again anyway..

Fuck it, took Raw off my DVR season pass. I'll just watch when theres nothing on or read the recap. Shit has been horrible ever since Summer of Punk ended. They might breathe new life into the show with the whole Ambrose/Rollins thing, but I have little hope.

Ambrose also had quite the twitter war with Mick Foley which had people possibly thinking Foley would do one more match with him, then nothing came of it.

As for what John Cener did to Nexus...
Basically for those unfamiliar Wade Barrett won his contract on NXT and immediately just started destroying the WWE superstars at the time. Punk, Cena, everyone was getting trashed backstage by the Barrett led Nexus (Otunga, Gabriel, Skip Sheffield (lol Ryback), Heath Slater, Darren Young and ... shit... that other guy that wore the mask). It was pretty awesome. The story was that NXT was invading, and it was great. Barrett had the IC title for a bit in there, and they just kept on rolling through people. Barrett himself was headlining ppv's left and right.
Then at SummerSlam in 2010 (I think) team Nexus lost to Team WWE and it was pretty much done. Barrett eventually rekindled the ol feud with Cena a short while later and in one episode of Smackdown, in a match that lasted under 5 minutes Cena destroyed him. That was basically it. Punk took over Nexus, but it didn't go anywhere because he then started on his aim to grab that Championship belt. Barrett then got slapped with the cowardly heel angle, and was pretty much just horribly used for the next year or so.

Don't forget Barrett had that nasty injury in I think it was a ladder match or MitB match that knocked him out for a few months, if not longer. I'm just glad he renamed his fucking finisher. Souvenir was such a retarded name. Originally Posted by Graelinn

Agreed. My friend was asking last night during RAW why exactly he was gone, I couldn't remember so I told him he ran away to be a back alley fighter for a while. Looking that up now, thanks for the reminder =P

Holy shit, yeah, look at him in that video. I think it was announced the next day that he would be out "6-8 weeks following surgery for a partially dislocated elbow".
All I know is that he came back with a beard. The beard should never leave.

I'm not a fan of rehashing the Nexus angle with the new guys because invasion angles don't work anymore, not since the nwo.
I feel that the three guys will be paired with Brad Maddox in an attempt to circumvent Vince and the WWE because they have been told that they are too small to be in the WWE (just like what Maddox said in his interview) and they are banding together to stick it to Vince and everyone else (ie. Ryback).
This group will need a mouthpiece though, so I would'nt know who to put with them. Maybe Paul Heyman?

Dean is damn good on the mic if you ask me, clearly the better of those three that put Ryback through the table. Maddox wasn't horrible, but I think Dean is still better. With as much as they have been screaming his name vs. the other two the last two nights... sure seems like they are putting him out front.
