Anyone see THIS GUY debut on NXT this week. I hope he doesn't linger long in developmental... and hits a main show soon. The match was short and sweet on NXT, but he did end it with his number one move below.

If you are at all a fan of indie wrestling, it is pretty mind blowing. To think that Punk and Danielson are where they are. Then you have Claudio doing damn well, Tyler Black and Ambrose on TV almost weekly, and now incoming Generico and PAC. Then there is Sara Del Rey training. Pretty damned impressive and keeps giving me a bit of hope when Super Cena wastes my goddamn time every other week.

I prefer the power game (Brock Lesnar for example) over the high flyers, but that guy was freakin amazing. I thought his Frankensteiner moves were awesome. Guys like that make the current "high flyers" (Kofi, Sin Cara) look like garbage in my opinion.

I watched that video of Paige and I gotta say, I'd watch a divas match if they wrestled like she does. Really good stuff there. I'm glad to see Kelly Kelly didn't get a new contract.

Yeah PAC(Adrian Neville now) is awesome in the ring. He's currently in the finals of the NXT Tag Team tournament with Oliver Grey I think taking on the Wyatt Family. Problem is you'll never see most of those moves on WWE TV as half the talent wouldn't be willing to take the things and Vince wouldn't allow it for the rest of them anyway.

Yeah, and that is the biggest letdown in all of this. Some of these indie guys have some great moves/finishers that we may never see.

This got #1 finisher from TNA on Bleacher Report. I 100% agree and wish wwe would put out some finishers like this.

Wish he would use that in WWE.

I have a feeling that its too similar to ADR's finisher for them to let him use it.

I was just wondering the same. Granted a move doesn't purely belong exclusively to one person, but something like a stunner will always be stone colds move. Or a pedigree. Someone recently used a pedigree in TNA. I think a woman. I was all ??? lol.

On that train of thought, has the Tombstone only been called the Tombstone since the Undertaker used it? Or did it just happen to be an incredibly appropriate coincidence? Because I remember guys in WCW using it, like Benoit and Finlay, and the announcers always called it a Tombstone, which if it was a special name used only by one of the biggest stars of your main competitor, they wouldn't say it.

Better known as a Tombstone piledriver, this variation was made famous by The Undertaker (and later copied by his half-brother Kane), who gave it the moniker to fit with his Deadman gimmick. Andre The Giant was the first recorded person to perform the move and recognized as the innovator, but there is no record of how often he performed it.

Absolutely agree about moves getting stripped from people because current roster member already uses it. Bryan is actually a good example. There are a few moves of his from indie days that are other's finishers, so you really never saw him use those. Ambrose's submission move he started using to mock Regal I believe, so there is that. Claudio has always used that uppercut pretty much.

I dont know about inventing like these videos say, but Andre also used the FU and the Pedigree at some point. The FU video is from when he did it in a movie

Also news about ADR becoming champion

There's been a lot of speculation as to why Alberto Del Rio was made World Heavyweight Champion, but the real story behind the scenes is that Big Show could not come to terms with WWE on a new contract. Since Big Show's contract was running out, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon made the decision to crown Del Rio the new champion. At the time of the taping in Miami, that was actually considered potentially to be Big Show's last match in WWE. Later in the week, the company and Big Show came to terms, and he hasn't missed any shows.

We heard from one source on the writing team that the company was very angry the negotiations went all the way to the breaking point, but now that Del Rio has been crowned champion "the plans have changed, as Del Rio is the focus of the show going forward."

I am absolutely fine with ADR having that belt for a while. Not sure how how long he will have it, or how soon the MITB case comes into play, but the more Ricardo the better. We all know that Ricardo is the true Heavyweight Champion here.

Watched a lil of TNA tonight. Velvet Sky uses the Pedigree. At the end, when Bully was getting hitched to Brooke, you just knew something was going to happen. I did not expect Tazz to declare his membership to Ace's n 8's. I actually thought that was kind of cool.

Best swerve in a while and I ruined it by coming in here too soon! lol But yeah, silly. Even better was the end with Brooke. No, not that she basically just fell out of the top of her dress. Ew. The best part was when Hulk told her to go check on Bully and she ran over... and went to the wrong person, then ran to Bully. Hilarious.

The Taz swerve was a nice change of pace to this angle but Taz hasn't been relevant in 10 years. He won't offer much to Aces N' Eights.

They are apparently using Taz to help set one of the members up in the main event scene. No clue who the member could be though hoping it doesn't end up being Garrett.
