Yeah no idea on that. Same with Richie Steamboat. I was surprised to see Xavier and Oliver in it to begin with as between the two of them they've had a total of two matches on NXT tv in the past six months. Maybe they have other plans for Hero coming in soon so didn't want to put him in the tournament possibly to ruin his debut plan.

More rumored appearances for tonight are Shelton Benjamin and Carlito making their returns. Nash is also teasing that he'll be in the match but he does that at just about every PPV. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, and X-Pac get into the match this year as they all work there anyway.

I don't think X-Pac will ever be cleared to wrestle for WWE because of the hepatitis C, I would not be surprised to see NAO in the Rumble though, and possibly on TV in the future to help put Rhodes Scholars over. Also heard that Shelton Benjamin and Carlito were scheduled too, so that'll be cool, was never much a fan of Carlito, but Shelton was always awesome in the ring.

Because it devalues the championship. Same as when they make it change hands on a taped SD...

It really doesn't. WHC is the secondary title in WWE. It's been in that spot for a long time. Nothing devalued, move on.

On a different note, ADR as a face is such a refreshing change. Its amazing how you can go from a boring heel who has no heat to one of the most over faces on the roster.

Everyone was calling for Team Hell No to lose, but I wasn't sure why. They are still a hot team and Rhodes Scholars had literally no momentum going into the match.

Pointing out they've devalued the title is a valid comment. When Edge and Taker main evented WM 4-5 years ago by fighting for it (while it still belonged to the "2ndary show") it was still the inferior belt to the WWE title... but to go from that to changing hands last year in WM in 16 seconds/taped SD shows that get spoiled 3 days before they air and opening most PPVs of the year? Yes, they're devaluing its worth.

You just have to be a dick about it.

I really do love Team Hell No, and they're over big time as a team. I did expect them to lose tonight, but maybe they'll drop them to PTP at the Chamber or something.
