I think you and Kiarax helped me rank up on a character that had no armor and would get one shot by the monster if the monster decided to hit me because I had noob armor from the beginning of the game.

Also I was a gunner so it was already weaker armor than the other armor that is also weak because it is start of the game armor

Also, I think I was pretty okay at MonHun considering how little I played it compared to others who were only slightly better than I yet played hundreds more hours.

We totally did, I think we took down the lowest rank lao shang or whatever before he passed the lowest area because I had one of the best guns.

I basically was a G. Sword only dude who sometimes used hammer and used heavy bow guns much later in my huntan career.
God, gunner armor was terrible.

I ran lance in MH because no one played with me and being able to autoguard seemed pretty amazing when solo and aiming for the hard stuff.

god, one time kia, meteora, and maybe cantih or howie took on the 2x high rank kirin mission

I had a HBG and pretty much dominated the thing's horn with pellet ammo but everyone spent the mission staggered from the pellets.
