For many asking, WSH-BOS not on TSN because TSN doesn't have rights to that series. TSN's game is STL-SJS, 9:30 ET pre-game.

I mean most decent sports bars will bring in US channels, or even hook up streams to a TV for out of market games.
So while you can't watch it at home aside from a laptop or PC, it's not impossible to find.
Also, it's on TV on CHEX, assuming you get all CBC channels.
