If Shero can find someone willing to take on Martin's albatross of a contract(c'mon Columbus you suck anyways) he should get GM of the year. Michalek can still be saved if he gets back to what made him good to begin with, blocking shots and clogging up the passing lanes. Orpik still plays hard, but he just isn't as reliable defensively. Niskanen is a decent 5 or 6 and played well enough this year. Despres is going to be up here next season without a doubt I think. Strait was a stop gap measure. Engelland stays cause he's a bad ass.

The Pens lost this series because the defense imploded. It ended up crushing Fleury's confidence. Yes he let in some horridly soft goals but all told when you're having to face multiple odd man breaks and breakaways there's only so much you can do.
