They must have done something over and beyond where if the public go wind of it, they would probably demand a suspension. This reminds me of NCAA programs punishing themselves/players prior to the public's knowledge to lessen the publicity blow.

Radulov needed to be benched anyways. As someone pointed out earlier in the thread, Jonesy or whoever roasted the guy for taking plays off and being a horrible backchecker. He needed to get the message that they need him at 110% at all times, not just when he feels like it.

Honestly, I haven't seen Radulov do much of anything most of the playoffs. He dangles a lot and then turns over the puck, not many shots or great passes and he is not good defensively.
