Just to get Gagne's name on the Stanley Cup.
Play him 1 game in the finals, that's all he needs.
If they lose, oh well. Take him out and win in 5 anyway.

Richardson hasn't been that great on the 4th line/might be injured.

Seems the idea is to limit his 5 on 5 time but put him out onthe PP to try and get spark going. I think he has the most goals any one player has ever scored vs Brouder.

Not sure how I feel about it over all though.

"Currently, a player must have played at least 41 games for the championship team during the regular season (provided the player remains with the team when they win the Cup) or played in at least one game of the Stanley Cup Finals."

It doesnt say anything about players traded at deadline and the rules about that, but Kaberle got engraved on the cup last year having only played 21 reg season games for the bruins.

Teams can include a formal request that a name not meeting one of the traditional qualifiers still be added.
