So I might get a promotion with a 50% increase in pay, officially putting me at 45 grand a year. Way better than chucking boxes at walgreens for balls/hr. Here's hoping.
I need to renew my gym membership though.

man, nyc salaries make me feel so poor but then I realize my cost of living is probably half that despite living in one of the most expensive states

administrative assistant job at my alma mater pays 38k minimum
having said that, that's still more than I get paid now and have been applying there for some time now
