I had broke it down at one point about a month ago, but the investigation that was headed up by Oliver Green pointed out half the seizures were for under $8000 and were (reportedly) seizures that did not have any nefarious intent, with almost $2.5 billion of the seizures that were linked to drug and terrorist organizations. Nothing to shake a stick at.

This guy was a former Marine, and I have to assure you, 90% of former military wouldn't dare do anything like this. Not only does it reflect poorly on your military career, some circles can get you fucked with violations of the UCMJ and COC.
