My dog never runs into the hallway without me letting it happen (which usually at like 2am when everyones asleep). I find it hard to believe that dogs running into hallways is a common endavor.

It's common with inconsiderate pricks for neighbors. At my previous apartment complex, there was one couple that would take their dogs into the hallway to play (throw balls and shit). They didn't last long.

Yeah, I don't know where it's commonplace to let your dog run out of the door in an apartment. That's the last place I'd let it happen as he can easily get distracted and go chasing some one or some thing.

Maybe in the suburbs where my neighbors are a hundred feet away, but in apartment living like I am now my dog never leaves the house with out being tethered to a leash.

I wonder if the USPS will fuck those cops over? Up to 5 yrs for obstruction of delivery and up to 1 yr for destruction of mail that isnt yours (in regards to the cop that kicked the package).

Idk, I was on the assumption that this thread was for stupid shit cops do that they get away with. This guy was immediately fired, and charged, which is the system working as intended.
