Read a few sources and it looks like the off duty officer was on a power trip. He had no legitimate reason to stop and arrest her and her brother. Her brother got ticketed for not having a helmet and she was threatened with a banning from the property. The only thing they did wrong that day was ride through the parking lot.

I thought when I got to "Since March.." it'd open up on stats of police brutality, murders, etc... but it's all about some labor bill? Da fuk? A video is in the link. It also shows the same cop punching someone (video recording) in the face while he's leaving the building. Too bad the nonsense this escalated into, was a distraction to the fact the police were originally going after a stolen car.
