Courts will overturn it. We had a local agency that had an undercover cop in a fucking duck costume one day dance in and off of the curb as people had a light to turn and nailing everyone who didn't stop (and even those who did stop, and started when he went back onto the curb and not stop when he danced back out) for failure to yield to a pedestrian.

I was slightly wrong. For some reason I thought it was normal, it was actually New Jersey

Every now and the cops in the neighboring town dress in plain clothes and cross all the crosswalks in the town center and write everyone tickets. They don't dance in and out though they try to cross and the tickets hold up (unless you're hasidic since they run the town).

Looks like he was quicker to pull out his gun than any non-cop would be, but the video isn't very incriminating and he really did a pretty good job de-escalating the situation despite the potential risk to his personal property (car).

I'm not sure how to interpret the WSHH comment furor. WSHH isn't an all-black site and it is the place where a lot of police brutality videos break.

18 year old black woman supposedly accused a taco bell employee of stealing her phone and pulled a knife on them and/or a security guard. Cops come to arrest her, she resists, they give her the business (punching, kneeing, tazing) while trying to put her cuffs on.
