I genuinely do not see an end to the police killing - and as much as I would like nobody to shoot anyone - if I was poor, black, and had not much to live for and was genuinely convinced it was only a matter of time before white cops were coming to kill me, I'd be stocking up on ammo too.

This wont stop until legislation is passed that makes sure cops are held accountable for harming/killing beyond the scope of their duty and safety. Unfortunately, proposing such legislation immediately turns half the country against you so lol at it happening.

There is no reason, that I see, why people are going to suddenly choose to stop attacking police when nothing is being done to ensure their own safety from the police.

The fact that any of you are sitting behind your computer either advocating or defending the senseless slaughter of men/women doing their job in an attempt to give credibility to these actions is sincerely disheartening. How long do you think cops will stand for risking their lives to protect communities that are killing them anyways? And when the cops inevitably throw their hands up and say "No more," which communities break down first without police presence? Waiting for the facts to come out in police shootings is more critical now than it ever was, as the entire Black Lives Matter movement was pretty much started based on a lie (Hands up don't shoot and the Michael Brown shooting, after the facts came out, were shown to be patently false.) Instead, high-exposure figures use any black shooting by cops as the best time to spew garbage, race-baiting rhetoric before the facts come out, which has now lead to 8 cops unnecessarily losing their lives, protecting the very people who are hunting them.

TBH, I wouldn't be surprised either way. If they couldn't institute a police state legally (although I'd be surprised if the majority of Americans who are tired of seeing cops die 1-2 times a week wouldn't VOTE for a police state), then they would go on strike for dangerous work conditions.
