'Cause that's what the story says. Since there were multiple cops at the scene that means they all gave the same report. And there is absolute no reason to make that bit up since the gun being in her hand is reason enough for a cop to shoot anybody. I'd say you're just grasping here.

Not trying to brag or anything but it was justified because it was justified. The school settled out of court because they're getting flak from people who still believe it was unjustified because they can't accept hard reality. The cops were doing what they were told. Period. And there was no violation of anyone's rights because there was none. Period. Yet people still have this weird mentality that no matter what anyone says, no matter what anyone rules, no matter what scientist proved that it was x = pie, they still believe it was a travesty because some poor kids got pepper sprayed.

Oh you had nightmares and claim you suffer PTSD after being pepper sprayed? Imagine how the cops felt when you sued them and took away their pensions, their pay, all they worked for and the need to support their families because you're a pansy and can't take a bit of pepper to the face. It didn't scar you for life, blind you, cause you to have a heart attack and you didn't die from it. But those guys who couldn't pay their bills and feed their families sure felt it. And guess what?
