on the one hand that cop was fucking retarded and got the wrong female. On the other hand it was a puerto rican
Doesnt look like theyre in america, so the police in whatever spanish country that is can do whatever.
that video is going straight into the wank bank
She gonna get paaaid
I can't tell what he was supposedly hitting her for.
Someone threw water at the cops from behind her(looked like a dude), cops turn and see her standing there with a bottle of water, boom.
Looked like she did a water spritz too.
It was a puerto rican bitch, plenty of reasons to hit them.
This is a few weeks old. Officer was suspended and whatnot. Mayor went completely overboard by saying it was "Despicable" and that "I will personally see to it this officer will be brought to justice." Local FOP countering with justified means, not a violation of their use of force policies (even if the woman he punched was the assailant, he would have been justified), and an investigator was hired because they believe it was a set-up by this woman who's been involved in many lawsuits like this in the past and it just so happened the person who was filming was at each instance. It's a cluster.
Even if it was a setup. Cops shouldn't lose their cool like that. He deserves to lose his job.
Reading up on it he wasn't suspended he was outright fired. Union is appealing it cause it sets bad precedent. Even if they know he's a piece of shit they gotta support him.
Lets not talk about history. Cause this cop has a long history of complaints 13 to be a precise if using excessive force.
I'm normally on the cops side in this thread, but these last 2 stories are horrible lol. Throwing grenades at a little girl in a meth lab, and punching the wrong chick in the face for a water bottle lol. Bra-fucking-vo.
Not even a water bottle, just some water.
I know black people can't swim, but still.
that's some racist ass bullshit

That's probably the easiest and the most common type of lawsuit for excessive force. Nerve damage due to improper handcuffing; it's hard to prove otherwise and our medicine isn't advanced enough to disprove pain from nerve damage. Complaints are complaints. 13 complaints about excessive use of force? I say that guy needs to use more! Because 13 complaints of excessive use of force that are unfounded won't get you fired. All it takes is one excessive use of force complaint to get founded to revoke your status as a peace officer to the Department of Justice. Period. Not uncommon to see over 100 to 1000 complaints of excessive use of force on a vet with his time in and all of them unfounded.
