Well they are saying the incident did occur but not as reported especially the details or lack thereof that make kind of completely change the whole situation as well as the clickbait headlines being false.

Article is trying suggest that this ruling somehow authorizes police to kill any dog that barks or moves completely false. And was trying to make it sound like the dogs did nothing and there was no threat at all and that the court is blatantly allowing that while the snopes report has the court actually ruling on the dogs posing an imminent danger that prevented them from searching. The excerpted quotes of the officers do sound a little fishy imo but that's a different conversation

The court said the owners couldn't provide proof that the dogs didn't move towards officers or bark. If you don't think that sets a dangerous precedent about pets in areas being served a search warrent, idk what to tell ya.

Military vet turned cop tries to talk down a man with a gun, back up arrives and fatally shoots the man. The gun ended up having no mag in it, and the vet gets fired for endangering the lives of his backup.

Wasn't there a similar story a while back or is it the same one? Cop did the same thing where he tried to talk the guy down instead of killing him and backup came and shot the guy. The argument boiled down to that just the threat of something going awry was enough to kill the suspect and keep the police out of harm's way.
