In either case, the cop shouldn't have a license after pulling shit like that.
He had to be so close to ramming the shit outta that cop
Incidentally, is the guy driving while using his phone to shoot a video in his second hand? That has to be like five types of illegal.
Yeah he was, if he were to rearend the cop, then try to use the footage as proof he would be the one walking away with the ticket.
The officer "resigned" after the video went viral.

Good. One less shitty cop on the force.
Never know who's watching when you try to pull stuff like that. Does make it almost impossible to do anything for fear of being splattered by the media. A lot of cops want to push for "Unlawful Videotaping of Law Enforcement" laws but until misconduct is down across the board, it'll never happen. Was a K-9 unit too so his "resignation" means a lot of lost pay and benefits that are afforded to those types of officers.
He was so damn close. I can't imagine there was more than a few inches between the two there jeez.
They actually did hit.
I hate "reality" T.V.
They look more like models than cops. Eye-candy police.
But the real question is, did he really have to open the door?
Once he had opened it to come out, pretty much they can say they saw or smelled something suspicious. They never had to answer it in the first place, though.
^ Don't have to open the door even if they know you're there. Cops are cops though. All they really have to do is say something is suspicious.
Even if there are not laws in areas like that, they'll still use whatever they can to punish those who catch police doing questionable things. People remember the story a few years ago about the motorcycle rider with a helmet cam getting stopped by an off duty officer with a gun? http://www.autoblog.com/2010/04/19/m...-gun-with-hel/ Guy jumped out of his car with his gun in what to anybody else look like a car jacking, and they show up to confiscate the guys computers a few days later for making the video.
Edit: I'm not discounting the motorcycle may have been a dumbass prior to the stop, but that conversation was held when it happened I believe.
No he didn't. He was on private property in his own house, they need a warrant to enter. There's such a thing as a "plain view" exception. If there had been machine guns, a big pot of meth or a dead body laying in the open doorway, she wouldn't be expected to go back and get a warrant before doing something. They can also go in with consented permission or if there's some emergency or exigent circumstance, but that was not the case. She was just being a goosestepping cunt.
