That video's fake though. She and camera crew were called out to a real noise complaint and then the people involved agreed, for TLC or whatever, to do that little skit for drama

I'm more concerned about the current state of "The Learning Channel". The only thing that this teaches is that a cop can pop off on someone when they don't like that they're being proved wrong and get away with anything. It doesn't matter if the whole thing was staged or not.

Firstly, yes. It's a pretty serious offense to pretend to be a cop, if someone's willing to accept that kind of trouble getting belligerent is probably not the best idea.

Secondly, it actually didn't matter if he was a cop, if you're loitering in a business's parking lot and someone comes out and tells you to leave, it's your responsibility to leave.
