The guy reached behind his back, which is idiotic when facing an officer. He's lucky he didn't get shot. All I saw in the video was everyone trying to paint this as police brutality when the officer was more than patient, giving multiple warnings before he finally sprayed him. Context may be important, but this just looks like a failed attempt to show an officer doing something wrong. Granted, that is happening a lot lately, but I think this officer handled the situation well.

He did something wrong. He failed to move his vehicle after being told to by a police officer. Failure to comply = arrest.
