For Grand Jury, it's random. I'd say at least 1/5 would know what questions to ask to punch holes in a prosecutors approach.

Given the circumstances around him carrying it and pointing it at people, they were definitely coming in hot. He reacted just like you'd expect anyone to when you see the police screaming at you. I'm a bit on both sides of the fence.

You're making it seem like he was asked, " how do you avoid being raped by an officer", to which he responds "don't break the law and get pulled over". That isn't how it transpired.

He described a situation where a person might have to sit in the back of a cop car while an officer researches your info (and to even get to this point the person in the scenario was already breaking the law), and if you don't like being put in that situation then don't break the law.

It's being reported and perpetuated out of context, and what's even worse is the cop literally says if a cop seems to be doing something off-color, tell him you're calling 911 to get another officer out there and that you're done talking with him.
