What's supposed to be the difficulty in terms of class ranking?
What's supposed to be the difficulty in terms of class ranking?
The difficulty comes from some classes being more complex then others.
Yeah, it's largely just a control thing. The classes are all relatively equal to each other, the game is just warning people that Wizard/Sorc might be a little too intensive for beginners.
How do you repair your allies equipment?
Yeah unfortunately you cant. By the time the gear is broken though you should probably have found a couple of better replacements.
Is there something i'm missing about acquiring talismans? I've killed 3 medusas, and 2 cyclops and not received it.
Grabbed this last night, can't wait to try it out after work....
Do enemies get scaled attack/defense/hp/whatever with more human players in the game? NPC AI is pretty bad when it comes to certain things (reckless, running into traps, not picking up food, etc)
They don't seem to be interested in getting out of fire traps either. The ones I had last night just kind of sat there and took damage until they died or I moved. On another note, I'm annoyed they don't level up with you. But my thief (Rannie?) is a significantly higher level than I am and keeps levelling up in the middle of a dungeon, for whatever that's worth.
Is there a way to "continue" the adventure from the loot screen? I see two options that are "Sell all the Loot and Go Back to Town" or "Collect all the Loot and Go Back to Town." There doesn't seem to be a "Go to a different dungeon and do stuff" option that seemed to be suggested in the previews. I haven't gotten to online mode yet, if that makes a difference.
Pretty sure you have to go back to town between each run, which is pretty lame since it wastes alot of time (especially in single player where you have to pick your party before going back out)
Well, I got suckered into ordering the Vita copy after learning Amazon.ca is still offering artbooks for ordering it (not just pre-orders), and I quite fancy a full sized artbook. Shame I won't see it for another week due to shipping.
All the classes are capable of soloing effectively I take it? Wasn't planning on playing the game for its multiplayer, and I haven't touched my PS3 much outside of Dragon's Dogma, so $10 less for a portable copy sounded about right. Was thinking of rolling wizard and having a ball.
Ordered mine from Amazon on Tuesday and was surprised to see the artbook when I opened the package...who knows how long they'll have them available. Played a bit today and it's fun enough. Going to wait until Saturday to continue since I'll be able to play with someone else. Hows the local multiplayer?
Also, I just unlocked Impact arrow on Archer...how do I use it? Rapid Fire was automatic, so I'm not quite sure how to use Impact...or is it also automatic?
Hold down the button for Charged shots
Yeah, I know how to use the charged shots, but impact arrow (or whatever it's called) is something about a shockwave.
