Oh this is easy, my choice would be 'Mongol'. Its a sub titled film chronicling the life and conquests of a kid named Temüjin, who would one day become to be known as Genghis Khan. One of the best movies that I have ever seen, as I am sure I am the only one that has seen it lol. Underrated is an understatement.

I've seen it and it is a very good movie. Love the photography and scenery in it more than anything.

Not so much an under appreciated movie but the MST3K Mitchell movie was phenomenally bad. Probably my favorite MST3K. Joe Don Baker as an action star is just hilarious in it's own right.
