Flash controls time. Flash outraced death. Flash is op as fuck. Nothing can beat him if he used his head. Hulk has a retard-rage cap, after which he gets quiet and zen like. Oddly enough people only ever think of hulk in the "hulk smash" capacity. He has been shown to have great mental capacities.
