Because he toyed with him for half of his ten minutes. He could do whatever he wants in the form in that 10 minutes and no one could do a damn thing about it. He's so strong 10 minutes is overkill.

They might know a thing or two. Thing is I like the flash, but vs. the hulk not gonna happen. Hulk does the sonic boom thing and i think the flash could out run it, IF he knew it was coming...but...i'mma be honest that would be an interesting matchup.

This would basically be his downfall. Like I said at the start, if Goku just did his strongest possible shit immediately (and before Hulk was MAD AS FUCK), he'd win no problem. But that ain't Goku.
