If Goku just went all out at the very start he would win. But he is Goku so he would never do that so Hulk would just get pissed and tear him a new one. If the fight started with Hulk mad as hell Goku is never gonna win.

both hulk or goku could potentially win this fight because they both can keep getting stronger as they fight.

if goku has some of those beans (I forgot the name) he could take hulk because he'll just keep getting stronger and stronger just like hulk does as hulk gets madder and madder.
but at the same time as having hulk-like strength, goku also has crazy speed and quite literally CAN teleport with instant transmission and has ranged attacks like the kamehameha and so on... also he can call on the strength of everyone and make a universe level spirit bomb. shit's crazy.

Man Hulk took blasts from Thor and Silver Surfer, both way stronger than Goku. He will shrug that shit off and only get stronger from it.

This cannot be proven.
Remember that Goku had enough power to destroy a planet when he fought Vegeta at the start of DBZ. He's a whole HELL of a lot stronger than that by the end of the series and has infinite potential to keep getting stronger.

Hulk has destroyed asteroids far bigger than Earth in a single punch. The only way Goku could win is if he managed to get off an instant transmission and just left Hulk stranded in space.

Again, planet blowing up was possible when his power level was OVER 9000!?!

By the time he goes SSJ1 it is over 1mil. Goku is far stronger than you perceive him to be.
