Make sure the shortcut is pointing in the right direction? Or run as administrator? Never gotten that issue so not really sure. Does anything come up or just the message window?

Right click on the icon you use to open tera launcher and hit "Troubleshoot Compatablitity." Then "Try Recommended Settings," and then "Start Program" I had issues launching the game recently and found that on the forums, and it has worked for me, so try that?

Official video from BHS. Seems that this was shown at a video conference and it was done to convince the South Koreans that everything is going peachy over at North America. They talk about the game and their relationship between EME and BHS to counter the substantial subscription losses in the past several months.

I'd love to say its the typical downsizing that happens post-release of a MMO, but the last few MMOs we've heard big layoffs coming from eventually went F2P, so I dunno. I think there's always a bit of PR involved with layoffs, and whether its a matter of telling the truth or spinning or "softening the blow", we probably won't know for a few months, when the future of TERA becomes a bit more clear.
