    Well the Wii version came out in 2009 so maybe thats why you feel this way.

    Does this one still have the choke your friend out worthy co-op? That was the best part of the first one, I'll be sad if it's cut.

    Whoops I forgot there was a DS game called New Super Mario Bros. I was thinking this was a sequel to the Wii version.

    Never played the first, but if I can troll the hell out of my partner like in New Super Mario Bros. Wii I'll be sold.
