My office is business casual which means trousers and a polo or button-up for men. Women have a lot more liberties and I've seen glorified T-shirts worn as acceptable clothing. They sometimes have theme days (like today) where you can wear a sports jersey, but you still have to wear nice pants and shoes. They seem adamant against the idea of a casual Friday in spite of the fact that all the employees want is to wear jeans & sneakers. We don't even see customers ffs.

Having said all that, I'm wearing a tie today.

At chase we did charity days quarterly, people pay for the privilege to wear jeans\ tee shirts. i think it was $5 a pop. money got donated to some bullshit that they wrote off
