In optimal gear (includes 3 pieces of Mikinaak) and using an Upukirex (dreaming a little) DRG has ~690 ACC using the STR/attack path, which is enough to cap accuracy on targets with less than 650 EVA without food or buffs. The DEX path offers an additional 37ish accuracy, capping accuracy for up to ~690 EVA.
For "delve fodder," 650 is right on the line of capped and uncapped. It's probably safe to say that this implies accuracy will be uncapped on NMs, however I think it is reasonable to expect large amounts of support when doing alliance based content: madrigal adds 71, Geomancer reduces EVA by 41 (do people bring geomancers to anything?), Gravity (5%), Feint generally caps accuracy 25% of the time, and food can add 11/16% (pizza/sushi), etc. Are there enough evasive targets for the accuracy to make a difference in the majority of situations (e.g. NMs with EVA so high that even buffs and sushi don't cap ACC, or normal mobs with 690+ EVA where the ACC allows you to continue using curry over sushi).
One notable thing about the DEX path is that the additional 30 DEX puts you pretty close to everyone's favorite dDEX spot on a lot of mobs, which potentially adds more benefit than the STR/attack. I know it's generally not a good idea to gear for DEX, but the 30 extra DEX puts you at 45 dDEX (race dependent) on Ig-Alima even.
The STR path is amazing for Stardiver, though, and the ACC from the DEX path is going to be largely wasted anytime a bard casts madrigal on normal mobs.
