Am I crunching numbers in the spreadsheets wrong? or is this the best TP set for SAM currently when ACC isn't an issue? (assuming perfect hunters roll, 99ghorn bard songs, etc.)

This I bet has been asked before but I am just gearing up pld. Ochain done aegis on the way in a month or so. Not planning to really do any plasma runs till I have an aegis. At that point is it worth doing a emp sword?

Honestly dejet, probably not. If you can get into tojil run or 3 you can get that sword which will be way better than an almace. Unfortunately, we don't exactly know what's happening with the REM WS's so there's that to consider.

Personally I'd just wait and get Halachuinic Sword. Your DDing is going to suck anyways and nq delve sword is probably better anyways with alot less effort/time/gil especially when you might want to redo those trials to make WoE swd if they ever do that to unlock the ws though honestly requiescat isn't that bad of a ws. Maybe make a pdt swd till then for when you just super tanking.

For thf with aphotic in dynamis ep would it be best to a. Aphotic only b. aphotic + haste dagger c. Aphotic + regular delve sword. Capped atk/haste for all 3

The minimal TH gains of theif's knife isn't worth the now even more massive DoT loss. If you're solo I'd just go with haste dagger, if you're with someone that can haste you then use delve sword but the delay might make it worse than solo dagger, someone would have to math it out.

The minimal TH gains of theif's knife isn't worth the now even more massive DoT loss. If you're solo I'd just go with haste dagger, if you're with someone that can haste you then use delve sword but the delay might make it worse than solo dagger, someone would have to math it out.

Agree, I see best results with Oynos in offhand. You can swap it out for a higher dmg off-hand after WS once Haste procs and then put it back on when it wears if you want, but I'm lazy.

Sorta. Like if mob way over capped definitely. And from a tanking perspective where you are needing to lower it consistently yes but if you are surviving anyways and going for long run dmg taken it might be useful... but with so little macc/meva it's hard to say where a particular mob is compared to you if it might do anything

I would drop rajas for epona's (also put it in the right finger slot because its the correct slot to wear rajas and eponas)
only other major change would be to get a manibozho body, and a choctazili mask from shark Nakul

You should be fine for tojil honestly, and until you get boss stuff your DPS will probably "lack", but you should be fine to actuall fight Tojil with that gear. (if you do get a choc mask, you could probably afford to run melee gloves +2 (think you'll still cap haste with that head)

Tenryu domaru +1 (DA+5) and Goading belt. Everything else is optimal as far as I can tell.

For low man content (anything not delve basically), Twilight belt or Patentia Sash for NIN and BLU? NIN is at 14% haste and +22% DW without a belt, and BLU is around 23% Haste (Ideally I'd be swapping gear around as to not be overcooking it with haste gear while wearing twilight) with 5% DW (Suppa) before belt (figures maybe inaccurate, I haven't had my morning coffee yet).

DPS Spreadsheet for NIN shows a slight advantage for Patentia, but opinions are very welcome.

Are you accounting for acc in WS too? Only other thing I can see. As already mentioned you will "lack" without boss drops but that set is more then fine.
Any parses you have to look at your overall damage? I have a few laying around as Im sure others do to compare to.
