I'm at work so can't check but I think my Senbaak set is

Armada/Ares+1/Rajas/K'ayres
Atheling/Goading/Ares+1/Mikinaak

I think at capped haste I switch to Ogier Hands + Windbuffet + Phorcys Schuhs.

Now that's 50 STP total so I can only assume that's what the spreadsheet told me to use. Or I was factoring in SAM roll. Or I'm remembering wrong.

The DRK spreadsheet says that rank 15 STR Mikinaak body beats Phorcys body on Resolution, even if you don't need the accuracy (and do need Phorcys' attack). That runs contrary to most reports I've heard about them.

Is the spreadsheet correct?

no, if you dont need the acc, phorcys still beat R15 miki body by 0.4%, a little more depending if you use the hands for extra 2 stats.........

small margin... but with delve content being the main thing all the way till all 7 naakuals r revealed, i would just use R15 mina body forever because honestly, there is never enough acc on WS esp on a 5 hit WS on such high lvl content

also been finding out the best 5 hit with best possible acc for delve and the best i can come up with is the following with 40 stp + sj sam 15:

acc is only 638, very boarderline 95% if you get SP madrigals, if not you r not going to cap on tojil

WS set is only 6 + sj sam 15 STP to maximise acc str att for resolution.

feel free to upgrade the above to maintain 5 hit with higher acc

question on Mekiro-oto, what's the best way to find out which ws procs on which day? I use the gorget rules, so for resolution, it should be earth/thunder/wind? For Ukko's Fury, it will be light/thunder/wind?

Ukko's is fire/wind/light/lightning. Reso is earth/lightning/wind

You also need even more WSD when your average number of hits is >5, which is significant when you have fighter's roll.

As Squah answered you already, Stringing Pummel would be a better option.
If that's out of reach, it kinda depends on your gear and your weapon. With Rigor Baghnaks, Asuran Fists is a pretty good WS, with Oaxitur I suppose the difference between that and Shijin Spiral gets even smaller.
Shijin can provide higher spikes thanks to DA/TA/QA procs etc and has the additional utility of Plague, Asuran Fists tends to produce pretty solid average results instead.
Asuran requires a quite peculiar way of gearing up. Since the WS is 8 attacks, it cannot produce any additional attacks (DA/TA/QA etc).
Also its modifiers (STR and VIT) are very small, making the impact of stacking such mods very minimal.
For Asuran Fists you need to focus on Accuracy and Attack, and only after that you can think about STR (altough of course this kinda depends on the options you have for each slot)
Of the capes you listed Pantin Cape is the best for both Asuran Fists and Shijin Spiral.

Cavaros is pretty useless as none of those WS is able to produce Critical Hits (unlike Shijin Spiral) and for the stuff you are probably using your PUP on, you shouldn't really need Karagoz's +6 accuracy.

Pretty big assumption. Delve related stuff is only place where macc is going to make a difference and mastop has 200ish agi according to byrth. Even if other NMs have slightly less chr. I still only have +88 chr in perfect debuff gear (with malduk shalwar+1) putting me at 177 total.

Malduk Shalwar +1 is likely better on any of the new content thats high enough level to uncap macc.
